Job Description:

We're looking for a talented teammate

To join our team as an Operations Analyst Co-op.

As an Operations Analyst Co-Op you ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice and operations guidelines.

Responsibilities include; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

The Operations Analyst will be supporting on the Save on Energy Retrofit Program, which is a Ontario-wide incentive program supporting businesses with energy efficient upgrades.

What we need help with

Supporting and creating presentation decks
Identifying process optimization and improvements
Active enrollment of postsecondary education either Environment and Business or Engineering degree.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with the saveONenergy program will be an added asset.
Experience in an engineering services company is an asset.
Proficiency with MS Office (emphasis on Excel).
Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.
Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues and external contacts.

Compensation:
$23.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
