- Ensure efficient and personalized guest service meeting and exceeding Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards
- Lead by example and be a pro-active member of The Pointe Restaurant Team
- Skillfully guide guests through available food & beverage options, assisting with selections
- Be knowledgeable about and accurately describe all menu items and respond to guest questions on ingredients and preparation
- Effectively communicate orders to our Culinary Team through use of Silverware POS
- Be an exemplary team member in managing side duties and keeping the restaurant guest ready at all times
- Accurate balancing of cash-outs, and completion of all administrative duties relative to the position
- Prepare and serve Barista style coffees
- Willingness to learn in a team environment while striving to exceed Relais & Chateaux, AAA 4 & 5 Diamond, and Forbes Standards
- Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant environment
- Good knowledge of food, wine, beer and spirits
- An appreciation for detail, and a passion for guest service
- Professional and positive attitude in every aspect of the position
- Consistent punctuality and dedication
- A calm, polite and composed demeanor

- Valid Serving It Right Certification

Join our Restaurant Team as a Day Server, where you have the opportunity to learn and grow in a Relais & Chateaux property also recognized as a Forbes, AAA 4-Diamond Resort and T&L World's Best Hotel. The successful candidate must be able to lead, and be a role model for all operating standards and systems. Energy, passion, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task are necessary for this position. A commitment to continuous improvement is key. This position predominantly works AM shifts.
