As part of our rapidly growing team, you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.


The Role:


Location:


Responsibilities:


  • Remit Client local, state, and federal taxes on a timely basis
  • Correspond with government agencies and resolve inquiries
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve related issues
  • Prepare and file accurate W2 forms on a timely basis
  • Handle yearend filings such as 1099 and 940/941 forms
  • Keep uptodate with the latest payroll laws and regulations
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and their employees
  • Recommend improvements on company tax filing processes

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • 34 years of experience in payroll filing local, state and federal taxes
  • Wellversed in US payroll laws
  • Proven experience administering payroll, W2 filings and related tasks
  • Uptodate knowledge of US Payroll laws and regulations
  • Strong communication skills to handle employee and client inquiries
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Previous Experience:


  • Payroll: 3 years (required)
Affordable Care Act: 1 year (preferred)

  • Tax filing/payments: 3 years (required)
