The Bookkeeper will be responsible for the daily processing of accounts payable and receivable, as well as month-end close procedures.

The Bookkeeper will also be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing.

Essential Functions:

Process accounts receivable invoicing in a timely manner.
Processes all monthly payments in a timely manner.
Processes all monthly expense reports in a timely manner.
Assist with monthend close procedures.
Perform Accounts Payable invoicing duties, as needed.
Perform Accounts Receivable duties, as needed.
Perform monthend close procedures.
Assist with monthend account reconciliations and journal entries.
Assist with monthend account reconciliation and journal entries for manufacturing support services companies.
Process accounts receivable invoicing using QuickBooks and Excel.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education (preferably related to Accounting/Bookkeeping
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in QuickBooks
Strong attention to detail; excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask; ability to work independently or within a team environment; ability to work under pressure
Ability to work both independently & within a team environment

Job Type:
Part-time

Salary:
$16.00-$19.00 per hour
