Description

To be successful in this role you must have
exceptional carpentry skills (red seal preferred), be mechanically inclined, precision-orientated, understand the basics of lean manufacturing, and have at
least 3 years of experience in a commercial/industrial fabrication/assembly operation.

Those operations can include millwork production, plastics production, parts production, or other similar clean and precise operations. This is a hands-on role so you will balance working and leading your team with your management functions.


Overview of Responsibilities:

This is a key role and responsible for the ECI/WNC fabrication shop.

Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and training fabrication employees, ensuring all assigned work conform to policies relating to safety, quality, time and productivity.

This person will also fabricate in the shop or carry out other special projects as assigned by management.


Salary:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
