Airdrie Christian Childcare is looking to hire a Level 3 Childcare Provider for our Out of School Care Room. Mon-Fri 12noon-6pm.A few things about Airdrie Christian Childcare (ACCI):
- we love Jesus and teach biblical scripture and pray with our children and staff
- we are a small centre and each of our 4 classrooms has it's own room (no shared rooms with shelving as a divider). Just 56 children in our centre in total.
- we work with special needs children & partner with Learning Potential Foundation to provide supports in our classrooms on a daily basis.
Employee Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement ageappropriate activities to engage and educate children
- Carry out a structured daily routine that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, outdoor play, and bible lessons
- Monitor children's behaviour and intervene when necessary to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Communicate with parents about their child's day, including any notable milestones or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Working with children of varying abilities and stages of development
Employment requirements include:
Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certificate (please ensure it is stated on your resume)
1st Aid Cert
Criminal Record Check (within past 6 months)
Pastoral Reference
*Please note that the posted wage is for a Level 3 and includes the Wage Top up.
