Description
The Accounting Clerk performs accounting-related tasks utilizing knowledge of the entire accounting cycle. This position performs accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare the cash deposits and cash clearing. schedule
  • Posting licensing and all vendors invoices
  • Posting and verifying costs for the vehicle purchases
  • 180 and CDK
  • Posting Deals
  • Wholesale and Dealer Trades
  • Managing account payables and accounts receivables
  • Perform other tasks based on management requirements and instructions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of accounting experience
  • Background in the automotive or related industry is an asset
  • College Diploma
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with CDK; ability to operate PCbased software, e.g. Excel, Word
  • Strong attention to detail

Job Types:

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
