Qualifications & experience:
- Previous experience with scheduling preferred
- Previous experience working in a care facility preferred
- Previous experience answering phones preferred
- Experience with Microsoft excel and word preferred
- Good interpersonal skills
- Must work well in a team setting
- Must work well in a busy environment
Job description:
- Screen guests upon entrance to facility and perform rapid tests
- Provide safety information and COVID protocols to guests
- Facilitate facetimes and phone calls
- Porter residents to and from visits when necessary
- Daily COVID cleaning
- Maintain visitation schedule, including in person visits, facetimes, and phone calls
- Maintain visitation binders
- Create daily master schedules and daily neighborhood schedules
- Ensure visitors are following visitation and facility rules and protocol

$20.95 per hour
