WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
As an RFM Sales Account Manager, you will report to the RFM Sales Lead. You will be responsible for driving sales and account activity globally for J-Squared's RFM product family.
This includes managing the existing customer base, while growing the business into new markets and accounts.

You will work with a cross-functional team, including customer service, technical support, and engineering to ensure customer success and satisfaction.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:
1) Sales Planning and Growth.

  • Developing sales strategies to increase business/sales revenue and design wins.
  • Identify potential customers to generate new business opportunities as well as grow existing business.
  • Identifying industry trends and how they can inform our product roadmap and key features.

2) Account and Stakeholder Management:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for salesrelated communications and inquiries while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Negotiating sales, strategizing key opportunities, and driving revenue.

3) Management and Execution:

  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
  • Summarizing and communicating key results and activities to leadership.
  • Actioning next steps and tasks in a timely fashion with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (such as customer service and technical support) facilitate customer needs.

4) Technical Expertise:

  • Possess a strong understanding of hardware electronic systems and components.
  • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years' experience in sales, communications, or related fields
  • Experience in the field of semiconductors, embedded systems, and hightech industry in general
  • Experience working with customers in any of the following end markets: Defense, Industrial, Transportation, Mining, Aerospace, Healthcare, Research Labs (optional but preferred)
  • Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data
  • Experience using CRM software such as JIRA, Trello, Pipedrive, PeopleSoft, etc.
  • Proficient with basic office computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Google Suite)
  • Possess strong technical document writing skills for RFPs and bid responses

  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to obtain and maintain a positive Controlled Goods Assessment

$70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
