Maison Louise-Élisabeth, a private residence for seniors located in the heart of Lévis, has the pleasure of housing the nuns of the congregation of the Sisters of Charity of Saint-Louis.
We are currently looking for a person to fill a full-time evening beneficiary attendant position. This residence offers a calm environment where collaboration and kindness reign. Stable schedules, advancement opportunities and human managers.**: Schedule:
Monday to Friday evening with every other weekend
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Adhere to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
- Assist and/or accompany residents in getting around
- Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations
- In collaboration with the different teams, carry out health and hygienic care to the residents while maintaining their dignity and integrity.
- Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents
- Respond to all emergency situations
- While interacting with them, report any noticeable changes in a residents mental or physical health to the oncall nurse.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Uptodate CPR/AED general first aid training
- Formation of PDSB
- Law 90 training (an asset)
