MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Holds the highest level of professionalism and integrity in every action performed on behalf of Boshart Industries
Ensures completion of daily activities in a manner that promotes the highest level of quality and accuracy
Coaches, mentors and motivates employees through clear communication and provides performance feedback directly to supervisor.
Required to work within time constraints in a fastpaced environment
Ensure cleanliness of the warehouse at the end of shift
Ensure policies and procedures are being followed including health and safety procedures
Responds to operational concerns and resolves them in a timely manner.

LEAD HAND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in daily communication meetings.
Assist with supervision of employees when necessary.
Must know and be able to train and perform the duties and responsibilities of an order picker, receiver, and forklift operator.
When time permits, coordinate waved orders and pick orders as necessary.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

High school or equivalent plus 1 (one) to 3 (three) years with similar experience
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Valid G Drivers License with a clean driving record
