- Salary $50,000 to $53,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with distributors, manufacturers & enduser customers
- Supports technical calls from customer base that requires good understanding of products
- Analyzes information from manufacturers such as schedule releases and order processing data
- Supports District Sales Managers
- Verifies Proof of deliveries and works with carriers on problem shipments
- Verify shipment paperwork checking for correct part numbers and quantities
- Provides French support, translate bulletins, catalogues, etc. as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent French (Quebec) & English verbal and written communication
- Above average software proficiency including MS Office Suite & Oracle CRM (NetSuite an asset)
- Accurate Data Entry with ten key skills
- At least 2 years' experience in corporate Customer Service / Sales & Marketing.

$50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
