A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE / CSR


As a Customer Service Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly.

Your primary responsibilities are to answer and make phone calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle warranty calls.


Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us.
