Job Description:

The Dealer Support Representative will assist the Sales Director and Account Executive in managing communication with dealerships and retailers. This position works closely with Epsilon Marketing teams to improve the program/product offerings and identify potential sales opportunities. This position requires demonstrated organizational and communication skills that drive business results in the areas of client/account management.


Job Duties

  • Maintain daily relationship with GTA region, dealer/retailers, sales director, and account manager
  • Perform daily maintenance for all par dealers and newly enrolled dealers in programs for assigned region
  • Facilitate monthly dealer review calls to all enrolled dealerships for all programs
  • Assist in the design and deployment of dealer campaigns.

Essential Requirements

  • 13 years of service advisor experience in the automotive field or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Ability to develop and work independently or with little supervision
  • Ability to work with Dealer Management System (CDK, PBS, Serti) is a plus
  • An understanding of data management processes preferred
  • Ability to help initiate and/or reengineering of marketing processes
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fastpaced retail team environment
  • Ability to manage changing priorities
  • Knowledge of dealer Service Department daily operations as asset
  • Exceptional Knowledge of

Microsoft Office Software:
Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Experience with Salesforce and Adobe is a plus

Skills

  • Demonstrates understanding of interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problemsolving, negotiation, project management and verbal and written communication skills
  • Works well in team oriented and independent environments
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities
  • Ability to resolve conflicts within challenging environments both with clients and internal operations
