Responsibilities:


  • Manage servers, desktop/laptop computers, multifunction and singlefunction printers, specialpurpose appliances, and various peripheral devices in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
  • Work with vendor support as necessary to quickly resolve problems.
  • Manage Microsoft Group Policy creating and updating GPOs to effectively enforce IT security policies and streamline management functions.
  • Provide daily management of accounts, print queues, folder and file permissions backups, and restores.
  • Effectively manage internal IT projects and participate in other projects with IT components.

Requirements:


  • Minimum five years experience in an IT systems administration and support role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems (both GUI and CLI) including Windows 7, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 R2, Server 2016, Server 201
  • Advanced knowledge of all aspects of Active Directory management.
  • Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
  • Indepth understanding of networking services (DNS, DHCP, LDAP).
  • Proficient with networking hardware including layer 2/3 switches, hubs, print servers, wireless controllers, and access points.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 software suite
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases would be beneficial.
  • Software development knowledge including VBA for Windows (Linux scripting would be an asset).
  • Experience with VoIP technologies
  • Some exposure to Mitsubishi PLCs and OPC software.
  • Experience with Android mobile operating systems.
  • Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required to perform repairs on ITrelated equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION & CERTIFICATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a college or university degree in IT preferred.
  • Industry recognized certifications, A+, Security+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, VMware desired

Salary:
Up to $85,000.00 per year
