    Description

    We're seeking a Team Lead, Print Production to oversee high-quality print delivery and lead CAAT's Print Production team through operational excellence and strategic vendor partnerships.

    This role demands a hands-on leader who excels as the primary point of contact for vendors, evaluating delays and cost impacts, negotiating resolutions under tight deadlines, and ensuring seamless project execution.


    Please note:

     This is a full-time, on-site role at ourDowntown Toronto office. Candidates should be available to work from the office Monday through Friday. Oversee end-to-end print production projects, coordinating between internal teams and vendors from requirements gathering through final delivery, while tracking milestones and maintaining detailed documentation.

    Lead and coach Print Specialists, managing workloads, fostering collaboration, and delivering training on technical and interpersonal skills to build a high-performing team.

    Community College/Business diploma in Print Production (or equivalent work experience). 6+ years print production experience; 3+ years vendor/project/change management with team leadership via mentoring/coaching. Analytical skills for KPI/metrics reporting, problem-solving, time management, and mathematical aptitude. Ability to build internal stakeholder relationships and mediate/negotiate conflicts with teams/vendors. Detail-oriented with knowledge of print compliance standards and operational risk management.

    *The target hiring salary for this position is $81, $96, Placement within our salary range will be based on factors such as internal equity, market conditions, and the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
