    Description
    We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

    As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods and materials.


    Responsibilities:
    Communicates on-site job and safety expectations and coaches temporary staff e.g. orientation; work-site communications on new standard operating procedures.
    Monitors and escalates to staffing agency attendance / late issues and coordinate with team leads from other agencies.
    Interfaces with temporary staff to answer questions or solve problems.
    Provide regular team briefing on safety regulations; resolving safety concerns.
    Work with temporary staff in completing incident reports such as WSIB.
    Familiarity with 3PL practices and procedures is preferred.
    Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members, management, and external stakeholders


    Skills:
    Possess strong written communication skills to create reports, documentation, and correspondence as required.
    Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
    Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment would be an asset.
    High level of organization and attention to detail.
    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
    Certification or training in warehouse management or related fields is a plus
