- Lead the guest experience at the table and ensure our guests have everything they need, from appetizers to desserts.
- Responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and guest focused attitude through the entire experience.
- Mix up cocktails and pour drinks for all of our guests.
- Ensure that our most important people, our guests, have an excellent experience from start to finish.
- Dedicated to serving our guests perfect drinks, building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving.
- Demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contributing to a thriving workplace culture.
- Handle payments and anticipate the guest expectations by offering on-going and upcoming promotions and utilizing bar and food knowledge.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Casual dining and bartending experience: 1 year (required)
- Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (required).
- Achieve goals through strong organizational skills and effective time management.
- Ability to follow cocktail recipes accurately.
- Effectively communicates, sharing goals, and challenges.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
