Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Representative, Credit and Customer Engagement to join our team. As a customer agent, you will handle service inquiries from external customers or internal clients' inquiries through multiple communication channels.

- Supporting internal or external customers with account adjustment and loan applications.
- Reviewing and evaluating credit applications while responding to dealer inquiries.
