Sales Co-Ordinator - Be the backbone of our sales department

Are you a highly organized individual with exceptional multitasking skills? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love the idea of facilitating smooth operations across multiple departments? We're looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator to act as the linchpin between our sales and other departments.

This is an 18 month fixed-term contract position covering a parental leave.

Your Role

As a Sales Co-Ordinator at Nissan/Infiniti Downtown, you are the linchpin that ensures the seamless progression of our sales operations.

From managing work-orders and facilitating dealer trades to greeting our valued guests, your role emphasizes precision, timely communication, and an unwavering commitment to the guest experience.

You'll collaborate across teams, ensuring all sales-related processes are executed with excellence and efficiency.

Key Qualifications

Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably within an automotive setting
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Detailoriented with strong problemsolving abilities
