Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team.

As a Relationship Manager at Avalon Construction, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients throughout the entire consultation and project execution process.

You will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them from their initial consultation through to the successful completion of their restoration project.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct meetings with homeowners to understand their needs and discuss insurance claim processes.
  • Responsible for the contract negotiation and signing, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Collaborate with our insurance experts to provide accurate and comprehensive consultations to homeowners.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and ensuring their concerns are addressed.
  • Collaborate with the project execution team to ensure timely and highquality completion.
  • Act as a liaison between homeowners and internal teams, effectively communicating project updates, timelines, and any potential issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or changes promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular followups with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to contribute to business growth strategies.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the construction, home insurance, or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Detailoriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences and maintaining longterm client relationships.

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$48,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
