We are seeking a new
Accounts Payable Coordinator with advanced organizational skills and attention to detail to join our busy administrative team.

This a full time role with a great team and potential to learn and grow within the department.
This is an in-office, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm position within a great team atmosphere.

What You Will Do:

Verifying invoices and proof of delivery (PODs)
Invoicing customers
Paying carriers (EFT or cheque)
Responding to payment status and general inquiries regarding invoicing and payments
Resolving discrepancies
Scheduling Quick Pay and handling Quick Pay inquiries
Carrier compliance
Claims management
Creating or updating carrier packages

What You Need To Have:

A high school diploma
Advanced time management and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Intermediate numeracy skills
Efficient data entry skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
