Seons (formerly BVAT) is a personalized learning platform for athletes.

What is the problem

Many athletes of all ages have two options to improve. Pay expensive amont for in-person coaches OR watch many hours of Youtube videos, go through trial & error while hoping that they are doing it correctly. We think personalized feedback loop is missing in sports & wellness space, so we are trying to change that.

What is our solution

Seons offers a web-based marketplace where athletes can upload videos of themselves and get direct one-point lesson from vetted coaches instantly. Athletes pay fraction of in-person coach to get personalized feedback whenever they want. We offer flexibility for athletes so they don't have to commit hundreds of dollars upfront for the in-person coaches while still getting top-notch feedback from vetted coaches on demand. We also offer AI tools for coaches that make giving personalized feedback very easy.

What is our vision

Our vision is to become the biggest marketplace for any upskilling needs whether it's sports, music, beauty, or home improvement. We will beocme the first place that people will think about when they are looking for immediate feedback from experts. World needs a better solution than us having to watch Youtube videos hoping that your questions are answered in each video.

Requirement

We are looking for a senior software engineer, who finds this problem interesting. We primarily use VueJS, C#, Typescript. We want someone who is proven to execute extremely fast without compromising on the code quality. Previous relevant experience is big plus. We need someone who is passionate about this problem and can show that you're skilled, and can work fast in ambiguous environment.

Compensation

I don't think I can specify in compensation section below, but only equity compensation available at the moment. I understand this is not ideal for many, but we are looking for someone who believes in this vision and is willing to work off on equity. We are open to both part-time / full-time commitment.
