Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Master Data Technician on a permanent basis at our Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC).

This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina, SK.

Are you familiar with Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and have experience in the trades? If so, please check out this opportunity at the CRC

What you'll do:

Issues and set up of service numbers, equipment numbers, and part numbers for new, replaced, or modified CRC equipment. This includes maintaining equipment files, entry, and ongoing updates of pertinent equipment information into the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database.
Generate data and reports from the CMMS database.
Collaborate with other departments and ensure open lines of communication pertaining to the location of equipment records, parts issues and identifying obsolete or duplicate equipment and parts.

You will work closely with other Master Data Technicians and the Lead Maintenance Analyst. This team strives to cultivate a culture of engagement, collaboration, and diversity.

The Collaborators:

You will work closely with other functions in our Maintenance and Reliability business unit and collaborate across the organization with teams such as Maintenance management, Maintenance trade supervisors and lead hands, Plant Engineering, Process, Fire & Safety, Purchasing and Stores.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Production, Trades and Maintenance and:

Have a minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience. Related experience with mechanical equipment including pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, tanks, vessels, instrumentation, and electrical equipment is desirable (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Have a relevant trades or technical diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Are familiar with CMMS and possess computer skills.
