Project Coordinator

Our rapid growth is driving our need to expand our construction team that delivers our plants to sites throughout the United States and Ontario.

Your energy, focus and results-driven mindset along with your ability to be part of a team of committed project managers, coordinators and site superintendents will be key to making this happen.


We are a full turnkey solution provider so you will also understand the importance and advantages of having a collaborative approach to getting things done - not only to realize your departmental goals but the greater Company goals as well.

As a member of our project delivery team, you will participate in short and long-range planning sessions and be an active contributor to the long-term success of the projects.


In short:

  • Reporting to the Vice President of Project Delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating the construction efforts of StreamGo, maintaining an efficient operation, building upon _and_ growing with the team of Project Managers, Project Superintendents and Project Coordinators
  • You appreciate the importance of driving continuous operational performance improvement in terms of safety, quality, and productivity and can demonstrate it.
  • You'll ensure project schedules are clearly defined and monitor/manage project progress toward their completion.
  • You understand the importance of maintaining a high level of employee morale by providing effective communications within your team members
  • You will be open and able to travel to various job sites in the US and Canada as needed.

Project Coordinators will do a lot of everything but will primarily be expected to review/support detailed design drawings, schedule and track projects, coordinate procurement of materials and even have the opportunity to get your hands dirty in fabricating the projects you had a hand in coordinating.

Consequently, general carpentry, piping and electrical skills are a definite asset.


Additional responsibilities include shipping & receiving, inventory control, interacting with visitors, clients, and building positive relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Post Secondary Technology Diploma in a relevant field
  • G Class Drivers License
  • Proficiency in:
  • AutoCAD


  • Office 36

  • Microsoft Project
  • Construction Management
  • The ability to travel within Canada and the US
Special consideration will be given to applicants who possess Operator In Training (OIT) Certificates for water and wastewater treatment
