Job summary
A Venue Administrator provides administrative support to ensure the daily operations of the venue and attends to guest concerns and inquiries.
Responsibilities
  • Personnel administration including setting up new hires, creating swipe cards, and organizing paperwork and files,
  • Collaborate with staff and management to ensure the venue's needs are attended to in a timely manner
  • Support with inventory management of venue supplies and administrative tools
  • Support with cash administration and guests' reservations when required
