About this Position

We are looking for Bilingual Operations Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Department. To provide administrative support to the Operations Auditors. Generate numerous reports to be worked on to ensure internal and regulatory policies are met. Prepare communication to address outstanding issues to the field.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Responsible to generate and print Daily Trading Blotter (DTB)
Prepare DTB Summary Memo
Create, update, and maintain AO's on Mainframe
Issue and send suitability warning letters to Reps
Responsible to prepare files for escalation to Field Management
Prepare and review items for scanning
Review/update FATCA/CRS forms/database
Responsible to research outstanding items as needed using Imaging on HOHP
Provide administrative support to Operation Auditors
Miscellaneous duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Postsecondary education or equivalent work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fastpaced environment
Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multitask
Selfmotivated, detail orientated and able to work with minimum supervision
Able to thrive in a team environment
Proficiency with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
