Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $21/hour
  • Gas Allowance: $200/month
  • Commission: Performance-based percentage on sales
  • Commission eligibility begins after a 4-week training period
  • Full-time, stable long-term opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a flexible Flooring Sales & Administration Associate with a reliable vehicle and strong experience in sales, customer service, and showroom operations. This role is ideal for a confident, organized individual who enjoys working independently, managing client relationships, and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide expert flooring recommendations
  • Educate clients on products, pricing, and installation options
  • Close sales and meet performance targets
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage customer inquiries
  • Process orders, schedule installations, and maintain accurate records
  • Perform opening and closing duties
  • Maintain showroom presentation and cleanliness
  • Utilize Excel, QuickBooks, POS systems, Gmail, and social media tools for administrative and marketing tasks

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service or operations experience
  • Eligible to work in Canada
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, POS systems, social platforms)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Comfortable managing a showroom independently
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to travel between GTA locations

Schedule

  • Full-time, in-store position
  • Weekend availability is mandatory
  • Schedule varies depending on showroom coverage needs
  • Team-oriented environment with independent responsibilities
