Blend your passion for life sciences, marketing analytics and content optimization in this new and unique role - Join STEMCELL as a Marketing Optimization Specialist, where you will bridge the gap between data and action
In this collaborative role, you will be responsible for using data to inform marketing decisions and optimize marketing content to deliver positive business results.
You'll also be a data interpreter, collaborating with our marketing teams to create measurement plans, generate and communicate insights, and mobilize them into action.

- Analyze marketing data (including website analytics, search/keyword analysis, advertising data, conversion data, and others) in collaboration with our Analysts
- Perform search engine optimization (SEO) and conversion rate optimization, focusing on onpage content optimization (including writing, editing and/or testing) in conjunction with various marketing teams including Digital Marketing, Scientific Marketing, and Content Editing
- Interpret data in collaboration with the larger marketing team to understand context and qualitative input, leading to insights, recommendations, and process improvements
- Proactively help various marketing teams ask analytical questions, find opportunities to use data to inform decision making, develop metrics, communicate actionable insights, and execute on datadriven opportunities
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Relevant degree in life sciences, with a 36 years of relevant marketing experience
- Good understanding of marketing data, SEO, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, content marketing best practices, and marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
- Strong writing and editing, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Teamfirst attitude, with strong collaboration and communication skills and a knack for presenting and sharing data stories, and identifying data trends and patterns
- Intellectually curious and creative lifelong learner with a selfmotivated and proactive mindset
