Description

The Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting Yardi users in Alberta, BC and Minnesota to enable efficient work flow and good data quality, reducing system and team downtime.

This is a 12-month contract role, with the opportunity to extend.

This is a primarily remote role, with a requirement of
occasional office attendance at the FirstService Residential office located in
Vancouver, BC or Calgary, AB.

As a System Analyst at FirstService Residential, you will:

Serve as an Operations-level Yardi administrator for the Yardi platform (including Voyager 7s, Rent Café, CRRM and other future Yardi modules)+
Be the first point of contact for all Yardi account managers and provide timely responses
Diagnose system issues as a secondtier support level to Yardi Client Central
Analyze and help solve system issues and provide additional training to users
Assist with system setup, terminations, upgrades, implementations and maintenance
Supports the Controller in mentoring, training, and developing users to be selfreliant in Yardi
Be a project lead on Rent Café by onboarding new properties, supporting third party integration, and supporting implementation of online Application and Lease Docs
Perform various functions in Yardi, Rent Café, Client Central, YardiOne
