Glenmore Printing Ltd., a leading printing and packaging company, is seeking a skilled
Gluer & Diecutter to join our team.

As the Gluer & Diecutter, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining gluing and diecutting equipment to produce high-quality printed packaging products for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate gluing and diecutting equipment to produce various packaging products such as cartons, folders, and envelopes.
Read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine setup, sequence of operations, and materials required.
Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to production standards.
Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure proper functioning and prevent downtime.
Troubleshoot and make adjustments to machines as necessary to maintain production quality and efficiency.
Ensure all safety procedures and guidelines are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
Collaborate with other members of the production team to ensure smooth production flow and timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in operating and maintaining gluing and diecutting equipment in a printing or packaging production environment.
Ability to read and interpret job orders, blueprints, and specifications.
Knowledge of various types of materials used in packaging production, including paper, cardboard, and plastics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Salary:
$25.00-$40.00 per hour
