WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

35 years' experience working in a professional customer service/hospitality focused environment.
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality.
A lust for thinking outside of the box in providing an exceptional resident experience.
Someone that thrives in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable, with a desire to learn about and grow within a new industry.
Passion for working with and collaborating with a team.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The role of the Concierge is to provide quick, efficient and courteous service to all Hazelview residents & visitors.

This role acts as a brand ambassador by providing an engaging and memorable experience from the moment a resident or visitor walks through the door.
