We are looking for an Advisor Integrated Management System to join our team

This position is an integral part of the Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS) Integrated Management System (IMS) Team which plays a key support and governance role for the Safety and Reliability of the GDS network.

Our primary duty is to ensure safety and reliability.

We achieve this through the implementation of our Enterprise Management System Framework at GDS - ensuring that we can identify, understand, and optimally manage hazards and risks, and maintain compliance.

What You Will Do Support and coordinate the development, documentation, change management and implementation of common standards, processes, and practices across the GDS IMS structure in conjunction with Element and Management Program owners.- Assist in developing a comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communications strategy and plan for IMS Stakeholders to deepen understanding, ownership, and engagement.- Work with the extended IMS team to develop key messages and polished communications materials.- Assist with management of and updates to the IMS SharePoint Site and Internal communications, to ensure content is accurate, easy to access and informative.- Support the organizational management of change process for key IMS stakeholders to ensure they receive onboarding, materials are updated, and they understand their new roles and responsibilities- Support Engineering Services communications initiatives as needed- Support the implementation and improvement of the IMS, meeting all applicable codes and standards.- Documentation creation, maintenance and technical support in alignment with corporate records management requirements and documentation standards.

Who You Are

You will have the following:

A related university degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience OR 6+ years of previous experience. An equivalent mix of formal education and experience may be considered.
Ability to empower internal and external partners through flexibility, building relationships, and proven leadership abilities.
Experience working within a management system (not software) structure or framework.
Excellent communication (verbal and written), facilitation and presentation skills. Experience in technical writing, document control and records management is an asset.
Knowledge working with multimedia communication tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, video, graphic design, etc.
Creativity and visual design skills are an asset.
Experience managing small and medium sized projects using project management discipline and tools.

Working Conditions

This role is primarily office based. Minimal travel may be required to local offices across the GDS franchise area.
