Description
We are opening a New Branch in the Montreal location on Transcanadienne Rte.

We are looking for someone with supplier experience who knows how input/process customer orders and complaints, book work services for technicians for repairs, multi-task and hands on in every department to launch this location, and build a team.

You will manage this location and help this location grow and improve company efficiency.

Must be well spoken and Bilingual in French and English.

Willing to come to Toronto for 2-3 months for training as soon as availabe. Expenses will be paid for. Sign Up Bonus

Dental experience is an asset

You should have Office Adminstrative skills.

Job description

General Purpose
We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations.


Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- making phone calls
- taking and distributing messages
- organizing and scheduling appointments
- organizing and coordinating meetings
- handling inquiries and incoming work requests
- reviewing files and records to answer requests for information
- checking and distributing documents and correspondence
- receiving, sorting and distributing incoming mail
- maintaining filing systems
- compiling records of office activities
- photocopying, scanning and faxing
- preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages
- typing documents and correspondence
- checking and entering data
- updating and maintaining databases
- coordinating work flow


Education and Experience
- good numeracy skills
- accurate keyboard skills
- knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- knowledge of administrative procedures
- college diploma or equivalent

Salary:
