As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, food service, and restaurant management.

This is a leadership role that requires strong culinary skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences.

• Plan and execute menus in collaboration with the management team
• Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques and safety procedures
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with frontofhouse staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
• Manage kitchen budgets and control costs
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and introduce new menu items to keep the menu fresh and exciting

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a highvolume restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, including but not limited to cooking, baking, and grilling
• Excellent understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
• Proficient in restaurant management software and systems
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
