Working hours are from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - No Weekends.Some of the duties for this position include:
- Answering the telephone promptly & courteously
- Welcoming clients upon arrival and collecting required information
- Checking client vehicles in and out
- Provide a service that creates positive referrals and reviews from clients
- Scheduling appointments and performing follow up procedures
- Maintaining high standards of client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Has a minimum of one year of client experience training
- Possesses a valid drivers license
- Can read and write English fluently
- Possesses basic computer skills
- Consistently follow policies, systems and procedures
- Appreciates & expects all forms of pertinent training
- Maintains a clean and tidy workspace and facility
