Overview

In This Role, You Will

  • Take ownership of the marketing technology stack, which includes but is not limited to, Marketo, 6Sense, and Drift. This includes new tool evaluation, integration, administration, process documentation, user enablement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Analyze the marketing database (Marketo) to measure the effectiveness of our marketing funnel and programs, and to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Define, document, and continuously improve our marketing processes, including lead scoring, lead nurturing, lead lifecycle, and lead qualification.
  • Develop and maintain marketing reports and dashboards to provide visibility into marketing funnel performance and ROI.
  • Recommend approaches for data optimization, including data acquisition, list segmentation, data cleanliness and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with the boarder marketing team to implement database nurture strategies and initiatives that drive funnel progression.
  • Work closely with our Business Operations team to ensure data is accurately synced between Salesforce and Marketo (and other core marketing technologies) for attribution, lead management, and reporting.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • 3+ years experience in marketing operations within hightech B2B companies
  • 5+ years experience in B2B digital marketing, marketing automation, demand generation or related practice.
  • Proven experience with Marketo (certification preferred) and Salesforce.
  • Experience with chatbot tools and ABM platforms, such as Drift and 6Sense.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Resourceful and motivated to identify problems, analyze options, and implement the best solution.
  • Exceptional project management skills to lead and execute complex initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to distill complex concepts into easytounderstand terms and be comfortable presenting to groups of varying sizes.
  • Selfstarter, motivated, and excited to roll up your sleeves.
