Bookkeeper Needed for QuickBooks Reconciliation & Cleanup January 2026

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced QuickBooks Online bookkeeper to complete monthly reconciliation and cleanup.The task includes reconciling bank and credit card accounts, reviewing and categorizing transactions, fixing errors or discrepancies, and ensuring accurate financial records.
You will need to identify missing transactions, clear uncategorized items, correct misposted entries and make sure the Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet reports are accurate.
