As a Reconstruction Lead, you will play a crucial role in completing the following tasks:

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport

• Problem solves and helps people find solutions

• Establishes and maintains relationships with adjusters, brokers and clients

• Understands and applies insurance program and scorecard knowledge to claim files on time

• Oversees the offices quality and performance

• Conduct regular audits to identify potential weaknesses and non-compliant situations

• Follow internal company policies concerning Company/Franchise Scorecard
Shift: Monday - Friday
Work hours: 8 am - 5 pm, Weekends upon request Compensation: Depending on experience. Health benefits are also available.

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

Ability to deliver and give certainty when property owners need it most

Proficient with a variety of current technology and software programs

Career emphasis on learning and continuing education

Sound planning and organizational skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Skills Desired of Team Member:

Demonstrates a positive attitude and work ethic

Prior experience in distribution and picking systems preferred

Carpentry, Roofing & Siding Experience

Basic Math Skills

Self-motivated to get results

Effectively schedules ahead while maintaining flexibility

Excellent interpersonal skills

Is sufficient and professional with written communication

Enjoys working hard and putting together agreements

Serve others within your community in their time of need
