Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth and profitability.
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Oversee sales activities, including setting targets, monitoring performance, and implementing sales strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong business acumen
Ability to speak French is an asset
Proven experience in business development, with a track record of driving revenue growth.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement methodologies and implementation.
Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Sales experience, with a focus on achieving targets and building customer relationships.

$80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
