Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Administer the Human Resources information hub, ensuring it is regularly updated to reflect client feedback and service requests.
Develop and implement tools and enhancement strategies for areas such as:
Recruitment and retention.
Compliance assistance (labour law).
Conflict resolution.
Policy development.
Training and development.
Employee benefits.
Confidentiality.
Provide expert guidance and support to employers on Human Resources best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
Proactively reach out to local employers to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific Human Resources needs and develop tailored service plans to address them.
Assist employers in optimizing their Human Resources processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to Human Resources and labour laws.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for employers on various Human Resources topics as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is not required, but would be an asset.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources consulting or a similar role, with a focus on serving clients in diverse industries.
Strong knowledge of Canadian labour laws, regulations, and compliance requirements, particularly in Alberta.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful Human Resources strategies and initiatives.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Human Resources software and web portal administration.
