Your opportunity By joining the Kardium team you can help make a difference in the lives of millions around the world We have developed a ground-breaking medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation – which can cause stroke heart failure and other heart-related complications Job summary Develop a detailed understanding of Kardiums products and their complex manufacturing processes then apply that knowledge proactively across areas such as driving investigation review and disposition of non-conforming products materials performing technical investigations root-cause analyses and benchtop testing developing processes for monitoring evaluating reporting on product quality process stability identifying trends collaborating with internal teams championing solutions supporting longer-term projects contributing towards Continuous Improvement goals creating a world-class manufacturing environment at Kardium What you bring to the team Our Kardium team is smart creative passionate about developing cutting-edge medical devices to help improve peoples lives We work in a collaborative environment based on trust respect You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Biomedical engineering At least 3 years engineering experience technical multi-disciplinary environment Experience with medical devices similarly regulated industries preferred Experience hands-on manufacturing environment preferred Proven experience failure investigations root-cause analysis non-conformances Excellent written verbal communication skills especially technical context Strong interpersonal skills build relationships workplace interface effectively varying teams levels business Driven motivated curious able to work independently part team
