Title:
Technical Customer Service Representative(Parts&service)


Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide technical assistance to customers over the phone like trouble shooting or recommend other solutions to resolve their technical issues and concerns.

Provide customer service representatives and sales representatives assistance on product issues and concerns including parts and technical information.

Provide technicians assistance on parts availability and location.

Inform and recommend corrections to the appropriate department concerned on discrepancies regarding product specification and information.

Receive returned items from customers and units for repair in SAP.

Properly and accurately document Return Authorization in SAP.

Safely transfer and move items to their appropriate bin locations.

Conduct a regular cycle count of items and parts.

Monitor and update demo units inventory including uploading of pictures and information in the company website.

Assist in picking and testing of demo units.

Assist in parts picking and serve as checker to ascertain that parts released corresponds to the appropriate Sales order.

Maintain working area safe and clean.

Perform other related duties as assigned


Minor Duties and Responsibilities:

Receive parts and move them to their appropriate bin locations.

Communicate with vendors regarding product issues and concerns including manuals, operation and specifications.

Perform assigned task in shipping department.

Operate lift trucks and forklifts as needed.

Communicate and resolve issues with internal departments as needed.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
