- Manage the corporate risk and control assessment reporting process manage and maintain infrastructure elements (e.g., risk management reporting, including reporting to senior management)
- Conducts policy and compliance audits, which will include liaising with internal and external auditors;
- Assists in completion of company wide risk assessment and development of annual audit plan
- Design, implement and execute the end to end process for the Global Enterprise-Wide Compliance Risk Assessment ("CRA")
- Initiate and sustain constructive relationships with key compliance stakeholders
- Identifying areas for continuous improvement and ensure sufficient control and risk mitigation is in place
- Actively manage mitigation plans and monitor events/incidents (includes - root cause analysis, action plan/rectification)
- Design, in collaboration with stakeholders, an efficient, effective and standard internal controls framework and implement this across the functional teams
- Develop and implement a governance plan for security and regulatory compliance;
- Thorough understanding of policies and best practices of risk management.

- CIA or CRMA designation preferred
- Bachelors degree in business or related field
- At least 5+ years of related experience
- Experience in Risk Management, Finance, International Law or related field required.
- Previous experience with Export Control (CGP, ITARS etc..) & CSP preferred.
- Ability to travel and work varying hours to accommodate a global workforce, as needed.
- Position requires Level II Clearance with the Canadian Government and the ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
