Job summary
We are looking for a Polish speaking freelancer interested in linguistics who wants to train a language model to detect discrimination in job ads.This is an opportunity to use your linguistic knowledge to minimize discrimination faced by people of certain religions, ethnicities, age groups, genders and disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Annotate around 400 job ads for explicit discrimination based on religion and beliefs ethnicity race age gender and disabilities.
- Analyse the models performance in our own specialised tool.
