Work for a growing Canadian Company who is one of the largest distributors in the Graphic Arts Industry. With over 40 years in the industry and 7 branches across the Country.

This job is a hybrid model, with part of your time spent on the road and the rest of the time in the Scarborough Ontario Office Facility.

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering outstanding Customer Service
• Ensuring Production Equipment is in good working order.
• Setup/adjust Production Equipment as needed
• Schedule customer equipment repairs/maintenance.
• Phone Tech Support for branches and outside reps.
• Phone tech support to troubleshoot repairs for customers
• Scheduling and coordinating blade sharpening program
• Finding improvements for Current Production Machines/Procedures

Requirements include:

• Experience with pneumatic machines
• Experience in the Print/Graphic/bindery industry is a plus
• Valid Drivers License and access to a vehicle
• Strong customer service and people skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong English language skills (written and verbal)
• Knowledge of Computer programs such as Microsoft Office Products

Salary:
$25.00-$27.50 per hour
