The TDI Business Operations Control (BOC) function is the cornerstone in the first of the three lines of defense model that TDBG utilizes for ensuring the effective management of risk.

Job Requirements
Current enrollment in a relevant post-secondary program

Strong communications skills with positive personality and willingness to accept challenges

A strong analytical mind with attention to detail and desire to learn and grow

Some knowledge of governance, risk and control procedures, tactics, and strategies is an asset

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships

Ability to work successfully as a team and independently

Experience making sound decisions through expert judgement

Solid ability to analyze, research, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines and delivering quality work

Must be able to handle confidential information with discretion

Knowledge of Insurance is an asset
