    Print and Mail Assistant

This is the job for you We are currently looking for a Print and Mail Assistant for one of our clients in the printing industry.

    • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

    Responsibilities:


    • Provide support to all Client Associate positions to facilitate client deliverables.
    • Offer backup and peak workload support.
    • Establish support coverage schedules with Operations Managers and Site Leads.
    • Assist in the training of new employees, as required.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, as needed.
    • Communicate any process improvement opportunities identified during the support period to the Site Lead and Manager.
    • Provide operational support for print, mail, courier, and imaging equipment and operations.
    • Deliver outstanding customer communications and client service.
    What you will need to succeed:


    • High School diploma or equivalent.
    • 6 months to 1 year of experience delivering customer service.
    • Experience in service delivery roles.
    • Ability and willingness to learn and develop.
    • Flexibility to adapt to various client environments in an organized and professional manner.
    • Ability to work effectively in both team and individual settings with minimal supervision.
    • Capable of lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
    • Proficiency in resolving issues and knowing when to escalate them.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
    • Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in computer skills.
    • Basic knowledge of file conversion or graphic arts applications such as Adobe Acrobat.
