Job summary
We are seeking a Benefits Analyst to join our team at Group Force Benefits Inc. In this role you will be an integral part of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will liaise between our advisors and insurance company representatives to ensure the timely and successful delivery of new business and renewal client presentations in your assigned group.You will operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your assigned client group and advisor. This includes financial data entry for renewals and marketing, ensuring timely delivery of client presentations, analyzing proposals from carriers for new prospects rates plan design TLR etc., Maintaining full workload on our internal filing system SharePoint
The ideal candidate typically has 1+ years experience within the Group Benefits industry preferably in an MGA setting Bilingual would be an asset Some knowledge of group benefit plans plan design etc Solid working knowledge Microsoft Excel including basic formulas calculations Strong analytical problem solving decision-making abilities High level of accuracy organization attention detail Exceptional verbal written communication skills ability successfully interact variety people Ability effectively prioritize manage numerous tasks simultaneously tight deadlines fast-paced environment Professional benefits designation asset such GB CEBS etc.
