Clintar Calgary is looking for a highly skilled and motivated construction foreman to add to our landscaping team for our busy 2024 season.

Duties include;
* Crew scheduling and site organization, including the delivery of materials and equipment required for various large scale commercial landscaping sites.
* Supervising crew members and equipment operators and delegating tasks in order to adhere to project timelines.
* Completing of daily job progress reports and communicating/collaborating with Field Supervisor to ensure job guidelines and quality are strictly followed.
* Assisting and motivating crew with varying site tasks including, but not limited too; Grading, Tree planting, installation of both hard and soft scapes, and overall cleanliness and maintenance of busy construction sites.
* Enforce safety procedures and protocols in compliance with current regulations.
* Truck and trailer and equipment operation when required.

Qualifications and Requirements;
* 3+ years experience as a Landscape/Construction/Earthworks Foreman.
* 2+ years heavy equipment experience.
* Valid class 5 drivers license.
* Extensive background in landscape installation and maintenance.
